About the event
MOMENTO. This one is particularly special, as it marks the very first dinner in the DIMMBULB series. We’ll gather with an intimate group of guests at a private location in Austin for a multi-course, Spain-inspired, family-style meal, accompanied by cocktails and wine from Small Victory—all within a setting thoughtfully designed around dimm light.
The evening begins at 7:30 PM, just as the last of the daylight disappears.
Hospitality over pretense.
The lighting, the food, the table, and the music are all thoughtfully considered to help everyone feel at ease. Dress up if you’d like, or don’t. Expect an elevated experience, never a stuffy one.
